Dear e-gardener,

In the Spotlight

A real Christmas tree is a joy to behold! The fresh green branches of a fir, spruce or pine add to the festive charm of any home with their delightful woodland fragrance and glossy sheen. When your Christmas tree is cut down to be delivered, another young tree is planted in its place. These growing trees are a home to wildlife. The tree in your home cleans the air and provides oxygen. And when Christmas is over the tree can be shredded for compost or mulch.

Having a real Christmas tree in your home not only brings the zest of the outdoor green inside, it promotes the continued growth of young trees, wildlife habitat and the recycling of organic matter. Go ahead and get your tree early so you can relax! Click Here Now!..

Care for your Real Christmas Tree
If you do want a real tree this year for Christmas, but you're just not sure which kind, here is a little information to help you decide. The three most popular choices are the firs, spruces and pines. The Norway spruce is regarded as the "traditional" Christmas tree. Of the pines, the Scots pine seems to be the favourite. Two of the best firs are the Noble fir and the Nordmann fir.

We used to carry all these trees, but found that one was far and away in most demand - the Nordmann fir! The branches are full with abundant, lush needle-like leaves, and this is the tree that holds its needle leaves longer than any other tree. CLICK HERE FOR MORE
