Put the fun back into Christmas shopping at Lustre, the annual contemporary craft makers market. Over 35 of the UKs top makers will be exhibiting. So whether youre browsing or looking for the perfect present, youre sure to enjoy the sights and textures on offer.
Craft and shopping addicts are spoilt for choice in Nottinghamshire. For home-grown and hand-crafted produce, take a trip to one of our quaint and bustling market towns during your visit. Were also hosting several other autumn craft shows in November. See the exhibition guide for more things to see and do during your visit. |

Tour the county and take in the inspired wooden sculptures at the DH Lawrence Craft Centre in Eastwood. Visit the 14th century Medieval Lace Centre near Nottingham Castle to see our world-famous export.
Longdale Craft Centre in Ravenshead is thought to be Britain's oldest craft centre. Or see Britains first ceramics centre at Rufford Craft Centre. Its gallery has a growing international reputation for its varied programme of craft exhibitions and events.
Then theres Sherwood Forest Art and Craft Centre where there are eleven studios enclosed by a glazed atrium. And Patchings Farm Arts Centre in Calverton, which was once a mixture of tumble down farm buildings. It now houses a framing centre, three textile studios, a pottery workshop, painting studios and a rug making studio. |
